The rental checklist stays in your browser.
The optional checklist builds a summary on your device. Entering details or selecting Review checklist does not send those details to Coldside. The website does not save checklist entries in browser local storage, cookies or a customer database.
Copy checklist places the summary on your clipboard. Download checklist saves a text file to your device. Those copies remain under your control; sharing or deleting them is separate from using this website. Your browser may also retain form entries according to its own settings.
Calling Coldside is a separate step.
A call link opens your device’s calling application using (713) 912-2151. The website does not place a call automatically. If you contact us, the information you choose to share is used to understand the rental, discuss equipment and delivery, and follow up on that conversation.
The checklist does not reserve equipment or establish a rental agreement. Confirm the equipment, complete price, dates and rental terms directly before making arrangements.
Website hosting and measurement.
The website is hosted through Railway. Serving a webpage can involve ordinary technical information such as an IP address, requested address, browser information and request time in hosting or network logs. This is separate from the checklist, whose field values are not submitted to our server.
The current site uses local fonts and images, with no advertising pixels, visitor analytics scripts or website tracking cookies. Google Search Console is used to understand search visibility; its ownership-verification meta tag does not transmit checklist entries to Google. External sites and calling applications have their own data practices.

Call (713) 912-2151 with a question about this website or information you have provided to Coldside. Identify the relevant conversation so we can understand your request. Avoid including payment-card information, passwords or other sensitive details in the rental checklist.
This explanation will be updated if the website adds an online inquiry submission service or other features that change how details are handled.
